We’re thrilled to have been announced as a finalist in the Best UK Attraction Category at the Group Leisure and Travel awards. The fact that it is group organisers and tour operators who nominate the best attractions makes this announcement even more special. I feel that groups recognise Beamish as a special place for many reasons. From the friendly voice on the end of the phone or email at the first booking enquiry to the welcome procedure on arrival, through to departure at the end of the day, we strive to provide our group visitors with unique, exciting and engaging visits. Indeed, we have many regular groups which we welcome through our doors time and time again. As our groups are booked in advance, entry into the museum is fast-tracked and with so many new exhibits to explore, there’s never been a better time to visit Beamish!
