Magna Carta and the North at Durham Cathedral

Durham Cathedral is excited to offer groups an exclusive offer as part of our summer exhibition ‘Magna Carta and the North’. Groups will have the chance to view our three editions of one of the most important legal documents in the world.

The Cathedral is the owner of the only 1216 edition of Magna Carta in the world. As part of this offer, your visit also includes a curated rare book display in the Refectory Library highlighting important and unusual works from their collection of over 23,000 books.
