Grey Street Hotel aims for an acknowledgement of all enquiries within 4 working hours with a quote/confirmation within 8 working hours. The reception team are always on hand to help with any individual enquiries. |

| Accessibility | There is lift access from reception to all floors and a portable ramp for access into the main building. Please speak to us at the time of booking to ensure you are allocated a suitable room as a lot of bedrooms have steps leading to or in the room itself. There is one room that has been adapted for wheelchair users with wider doors, lower fittings and fixtures, and a ‘wet room’ style bathroom. |
